Refunds / Returns
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changing your mind. Refunds or replacements are only considered when an item is definitely damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Damage claims must be submitted with clear photos.
- Claims must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
- We may offer a replacement first when possible.
No Abuse of the System
Any attempt to abuse orders, chargebacks, disputes, refunds, discount systems, or delivery claims can result in cancellation, refusal of service, and permanent bans.
- False damage claims = banned.
- Repeated chargebacks = banned.
- Reselling “as new” while claiming damage = banned.
No Freebies
We don’t hand out free products just because someone asked loudly. Free items, discount codes, or “creator packs” are only provided when you’re officially sponsored by Imprev Clothing.
- Sponsorships are invite-based or announced publicly.
- Fake “I’m partnered” claims will get you ignored or blocked.
Fulfillment + Shipping
Orders are fulfilled via Printful. Production and shipping timelines can vary by product and destination. Tracking is provided when available.
- We do not control customs delays.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer can cause delays or loss.
